About us

Perestroika is rooted in the industrial environment of Norway’s entrepreneurial western coast, where Frederik W. Mohn founded the company in 2005. Generations of industrial experience have taught us that you get nowhere without hard work. That’s why we are proactive owners who go hands-on into the companies in which we invest. Perestroika’s goal is to be an attractive partner for industrial companies with long-term value growth potential.
